Days after rumours of Lana Del Rey and Marilyn Manson there are more chins wagging about her and Guns and Roses front man Axl Rose. Del Rey was spotted coming out of a hotel with Rose the night after his concert. Del Rey had been to two of his shows back to back and once wrote a song called  ’Axl Rose Husband’.
