Legendary British alternative rockers Feeder return to Belfast this August for a show in the Mandela Hall. The band who formed almost 20 years ago in Newport south Wales and who feature founder member Grant Nicholas and long time member Taka Hirose are set to release their 7th studio album in June. The band have had 5 UK Top 10 albums including platinum albums ‘Echo Park’ and ‘Comfort In Sound’. In 2009 Nicholas and Hirose formed a brief side project called Renegades and toured smaller venues under this name featuring heavier tracks.

The band last graced the stage to a soldout Mandela Hall in November 2008, and delivered a stunning performance to adoring fans. So tickets for this return are sure to be in hot demand.

Another important twist to the night is the involvement of PIPS Training (Public Initiative for the Prevention of Suicide and Self-harm) who do an amazing job training people in suicide prevention and counseling those who have suffered as a result of it. They’ll have a presence on the night to give out information and we’ll be trying to raise them some money as well. Please donate anything you can.

You can find out more about what they do on their website PIPS Training
